No one called us to let us know the car was done. We had to keep calling in to check on the status. After we picked it up, the following day, the van died on the freeway. The connectors to the battery were not attached properly and came a part while on the freeway with our kids. We had to pull over and had no emergency lights working either.

Disappointed that the issue with the AC was not covered by the product recall when it is a known issue. Having to pay for the diagnosis when I went in expecting it to be covered by the product recall was frustrating.
