Longo Toyota is unmatched by its service, I am very satisfied with their service.
My last service visit however was a bit dissatisfying for a warranty service which was denied and I was told it does not fall under the warranty coverage of a certified used car.

Bruce was amazing. After 3.5 hours of waiting, I was late to pick up my son and Bruce not only got my car immediately from the technicians when they had finished, but personally drove it up to where I was paying, came in and handed me my keys so I could rush off to pick up.
