This was the most disgusting service I have ever experienced as a car owner...from the moment I pulled up and was greeted with a straight face rather than a smile and asked "what I needed?" As I was in the appointment Lane with a number 28 going on the top of hi beautiful year old Camry...I had an appointment for 25, 000 mi service which is also baffling to me because it does not include an oil change yet I waited over 3 hours, although the automated operator says 59 minutes for appointments Monday through Friday in which my appointment was for 3:30 and I pulled up to receive THAT cone at 3:23...at precisely 6:27, I received a phone call from Mandy, saying that my car was ready so I walked over to the office only to be turned around and scolded to continue to wait until I heard my name on the loudspeaker...at the beginning of this ordeal, I had agreed to extend my service for $25 off of $359 however at the end I declined...I have invested a lot of time and money since buying my brand new Camry a year ago, I have faithfully come in to your department and would have liked to continue to come in as it is so conveniently located for me...however the poor service that I received yesterday would dictate otherwise to even the most patient customers...I would rather find some other alternative as well as discourage others from using your service...regretfully Robert R
