Always excellent customer service every time from Ryan Matthes. Ryan is very attentive to his client’s needs. He is knowledgeable, always professional and keeps his customers up to date on their vehicle service from beginning to completion. Mandi is always great. I was disappointed with the wait. When I called, the receptionist suggested instill come in even though I didn't have an appointment. She should have informed me that it would be a longer wait than usual. Mandi did inform me about the wait. I also saw a lot of people in the store not wearing a mask. That was very concerning. Longo should have someone monitoring this. It is an extreme safety hazard. Please do better. Thank you.
