I know when someone is lying to my face. And he didn't listen to what I said and tried to pass me like an idiot. Every time I take it to him he think he is doing me a favor in looking at the car.

I understand that there may be delays due to shortage of staffing, however, it does not excuse having all the staff standing around while people with appointments have to wait 15+ minutes without informing them of potential delays, etc. Very disappointed with the service department, particularly how management handled customer service.

Worst service I have received from Longo. I was advised over the phone my apt would take about an hour to an hour in a half. I arrived at Longo by 449pm and received my car until 735pm. I brought my children along since the representative told me it would be an hour. I left longo with a masaive headache and not wanting to ever return. Nothing was done to even try to accommodate my adviaed time
