I drove in to Longo Toyota yesterday around 1:35pm and had to wait until 5pm to have my car ready. The basic service took more than two hours, then another hour to wait for the paperwork. The last hour was very frustrating because I had to cancel my other appointment. During the wait, I didn’t receive appropriate assistance nor a courtesy explanation for the delay. Consequently, I won’t consider another service plan for the future.

I have always had this car serviced at Longo. For many years service always included a car wash. Then came the drought, when the wash was replaced with a coupon for a cup of coffee. The drought ended, so I had hoped the car would have been washed. I doubt believe this was Eric’s fault, but rather a management decision.
