Best experience I’ve ever had with Toyota Services in 5 years all thanks to Kayla. She did a phenomenal job of keeping me up to date with everything and even went as far as to try and help lower the cost of my repairs. She’s is tremendously kind and definitely made me feel prioritized and valued as a customer of Toyota. I have never experienced such terrific customer service. Kayla Santos is a 5-Star Employee who should be praised for her seamlessly happy and organic work ethic. If she treats every customer how she treated me then she not only deserves acknowledgement but an elevation boost in her position, as well as some monetary recognition (aka a Raise). I am uber satisfied with the service and respect I was given by Kayla. Great work young lady!
