My car has been making noises from the breaks since 20000 miles. Every inspection I always said something. My car is only 2 years old and I already need breaks and it shouldn't. I dont know if its a manufacturer problem but I feel like my breaks should have been fixed. I was told its the rotors which means they most likely weren't surfaced properly and that shouldn't come out of my pocket. Im very unhappy and now that my warranty is over, it upsets me that nothing was every found until right at the time my warranty is over. Whats the point of a warranty when dealerships will hide things until it ends.

Alex was ok... did not really interact with him that much! At least 3 people drove my car from writer to parking area. No social distancing of your mechanics that I saw as they waited for coffee. Girl at concierge was rude and it was first thing in the morning. How is she later in the day. WOW! 3 hours for a scheduled service with no oil change. Shuttle drivers were pleasant. First time customer. Alex show me a service offer five scheduled services for x amount... sounds like a good offer but the wait time on service made me decline the offer. Not sure if I will return for service next time.

No issue with Ryan. He showed great customer service skills. Not satisfied at all.I am upset on how the items I purchased where sold to someone else or just went missing. I did my research to upgrade my truck and bought tires, rims, and suspension and they where set up for an install and then told rims are gone and are now discontinued. This is not how you run a business. There is no professionalism and hope there is some type of action done to prevent this in the future. Parts Manager Gerardo Ayala said he will help resolve the issue.
