This was a 5,000 mile check which when I called was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes since only real work was tire rotation. It took 3 hours in 100 degree temperature. Miserable. I have since 1998 bought and serviced my cars at Longo / Longo Lexus. I drive from Orange County. I think Longo as it grew lost the customer service effort since you have such a large volume of cars. Think I should find a Toyota dealer closer to me.
