I figured I had an appointment at 11:15 a.m. I was there to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I got out of there at 3:30 3:45 p.m. I thought with an appointment it shouldn't have taken that long of a time. As for the serviceman, he called me on my cell phone he was very polite and and he told me a few things on my car which is written down on my paperwork. I have bought two cars there and have had
my car service for 24 years there and I have never waited this long to have that done. This would be my biggest complaint. Marilyn M

Service was fine. When I made the appointment I asked how long the service would take and was told approximately 1 1/2 hours. On the day of my service I checked in at 10 AM and was told my car would be ready by 3 PM. I was originally planning to wait in the lobby but I didn’t want to wait there all day. Luckily They provided an Uber for me to get home and I was called at about 2:15 PM that my car was ready. The good thing is they provided an Uber for me to get home. I would’ve preferred waiting for my car there but four hours is a long time to wait.
