I had an 11:00 am appointment and it took 5 hours to do a tire rotation and check fluids. That is unacceptable. I thought the idea of making an appointment was so you don’t have to wait 5 hours. Will not be going back again.

I used to get several updates through out the day... it they moving your car to the bay and then they just need to rotate your tires and they will be done.
They are taking your car to the wash. So on.... I really liked that about Longo Toyota. Now you are just like everyone else ????

I didn’t appreciate being recommended things and then just assuming that I wanted them to be done. I was shown all the recommendations and was never asked if I wanted to proceed with them and had I not spoken up that I didn’t want something, the advisor was going to just have it done. When you are dealing with such expensive things, you can’t just assume that everyone is going to be ready to pay for it with how things add up so quickly.

Jeff was really unprofessional. He promised my car would be ready at 5pm. So I went back home waiting the whole afternoon for my car to be fixed. He never call me for any update about my car. I called him and it went straight to voicemail. I called customer service again, and they had another guy from the White team call me saying my car is ready, but I have only 15 mins to get to Longo to pick it up because it’s now past 7pm and they are closing. I had to raced to Longo to get my car the last minute. The whole experience is an absolute nightmare. Jeff Liu is the worst and most unprofessional advisor I have met at Longo, and I l’ve been an loyal Longo customer for over 10 years. This is not how you treat your customer. I’m truly disappointed.
