It took the dealership four and a half hours to rotate my tires. I was told that a full inspection was made but I diid not receive any paperwork from the inspection. Completely a waste of my time and I went with an appointment. The first couple of times I took my new Tacoma in and out within an hour. This time no oil change, no inspection I don’t even know if they actually rotated the tires. It was an experience that for my next service I may be looking for another dealership. Since my truck is still being serviced through Toyota care. Unacceptable what happened to Longo Toyota?
