Had 1:00 pm appointment, supposed to be done about 4:00. Didn’t receive car until 5:45pm. And there was a small amount of chewing gum stuck on the left front fender. I’m usually completely satisfied at Longo, this is the first time I remember any issues. I’ve bought two 4 Runners at Longo and referred friends to the fleet sales reps. I hope this is an isolated incident.
