Was told car would get washed and it was turned in to us dirty. I asked about car wash since usually a coffee voucher was given and was told they were washing cars again. So, no car wash or coffee. I would rather have been told neither was available rather than lied to.

He is very good. But the 203 charge of refilling the AC after repair the compressor (under the warranty) has not been resolved. He said he claimed but the TFS said not. It has been left to me. It should be in between the TFS warranty and the Toyota dealer. It is still not answered
