Vanessa was very professional and answered all questions I had. I had thought my car was due for its first oil change seeing it reached 5k miles. She politely explained to me it was not due until 10k. I was puzzled and questioned her more but she again politely explained to me and showed me the maintenance schedule showing 10k. I appreciated her patience and communication.
