The oiil change was completed in a fast manner. I wish that Roy would have taking his time on it because I was able to see that he wasn't very detailed. He washed my vehicle for me but did not vaccume the interior. I will be going to a different dealership to get my oil change from now on. All my other vehicles that I have brought for service have been satisfying except this time.

I am not happy about how I was not pleasantly greeted upon arrival, the person by the name of (Archie) I asked another employee for the name.
This Archie Person does not know how to provide good customer service at all. In my opinion as a loyal and long time customer to Longo. This person upsets people instead of making them feel welcomed there. I also was not pleased with the advisor that assisted me. (Teddie) again same feeling not friendly at all and made me feel terrible, as it is I was dealing with a great issue with my car. I advice for these people to get better customer service training. But it might not even help, because maybe that just their personality. This is the first time I comment about my experience there, why because this is the first time in years I was very sad about the service I received.
