Reservation line too long while other lines with no reservation speed through 30 minute Waite. And No one told us ahead of time that 30,000 check
was 3 and a half hour wait.Also my checklist was not included in paperwork initially and when I started car the light kept flashing saying check engine. So I lost all confidence in service.Finally someone came to turn it off but I left less than convinced.
