I had no appt and the maintenance check up was fast. The service rep even brought me my coffee cup from the car to the waiting area. Great customer service, loved it!!!

I wish someone would have mentioned the shuttle service was available. I used to regularly service my vehicle at Longo. I think this may be the last time.

I think a really neat feature would be to keep track of our car through Mobil text updates. Not just phone calls, it would make the process a lot fast and if we have any further questions we could call our services rep.
