Only oil change and tire rotation they took me two days off
She (Amily) wasted my time too much !
I had appointments 7:30 for oil change took about 3 hours
and she forgot about tire rotations so I had came back on onther week
And waited almost 3 hours again
That make me very disappointed
When I call her she didnot call back until I call customer services to call her
She said she just came back from lunch 2 ;00 pm !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish next time when I come to Long Go I will have a better service

Joseph went above and beyond, he was vey professional and courteous, he explained to me that he would be my contact person for any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle . He also made sure I had a ride to and from your location while my car was being serviced , without me having to call the number which I was given. He took care of it himself . That’s what I call excellent customer service.

Eric was awesome and did a great job! My issue is that Longo has or advertises 59 minute service and it took just over 2.5 hours for my service today. That is ridiculous.
