Hello,
I am very disappointed about the service of Longo Toyota on this visit. As of yesterday Sat 9/26/2020. I have not yet receive my car.
I dropped off my car at around 11:30am with rep. Mandy and I was expecting her call back for the estimate of the part to be replace (metal heat shield) however I had not receive any call or update. I received a text stating that my was ready and I called back Mandy asking for status and she responded to disregard the text and that she will personally call me. I waited until 4pm and nothing. I called her multiple times with no answer. Therefore I attempted to call the main phone number and I was not able to speak with live assistance. I waited until 5pm and no call back at all. Therefore, I had decided to go personally to find out what was going on with my car. I found out the service dept were closed and I was not able to pick up my car and I don't know what's the status. Receptionist informed me that Sunday is closed for service dept. At this point I do not have my car for a day.
This is a very very disappointed service I've ever received from Longo Toyota.
