Noli was excellent. My only complaint is that if service is running really long due to reduced staff and multiple recalls, they should tell you that when you call to make an appointment. My oil change, tire rotation and software update took 4.5 hrs and I wasn’t prepared for that. Please pass that on to the people who answer calls for appointments to warn people of a longer wait time.

Was ready to walk out of the store because I found out my warranty plan was over And was being changed $120 on a oil change, he didn’t let me walk, he offered me a extra maintenance plan and I ended up spending more than $120 and felt happy about my purchase.
