There was a bit of miscommunication between the scheduler on the phone and the work that was actually done on my car. I had cancelled my original toyotacare service appointment over the phone because I was going to come into the shop sooner to replace my car's battery that was failing. I was planning to have my service done at a later date, but turns out that my toyotacare service was done anyway. However, Kayla was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Not only that, but she helped me with selecting my new tires and reminded of the special that Longo was offering. I'm very happy with my experience at Longo and Kayla and hope she is commended for her work. I look forward to my future services at Longo.
