I was not expecting to wait five hours for a routine scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. I live over 45 minutes away and I can go to several other dealerships that are closer; however, I have always taking all of my cars to Longo and I would like to hold onto that but I have no desire to wait five hours for maintenance.

Hi, it would have been better to have gotten a little more communication from my service team member. I understand the issue with my car ended up being more then we thought it would be. But I have my 4 year old with me, wasn’t able to get back to my car, waited for 7 and half hours before we were given a rental. Had to pay for the insurance. Couldn’t get my gate key to my house so had to park on the street and walk home after a LONG DAY, with covid and the fires it was really not a great time to be outside. I understand maybe this was just an off day. But for having an appointment and getting there early I was never offered much information on what was happening or a ride home till 7 hours later.
