Beyond upset with my experience at any dealership. Considering I made an appointment for such a small problem it should not have taken as long as it did. 4 hours wait time to have the alarm label sticker on drivers side cleaned off and bumper placement checked. Appointment was at 2pm, service advisor promised 2 hr wait time, 2 hrs and 15 minutes passed nobody called us to update, I had to call and left a message. Was called back stating car is still being checked and promise time on paper states 3 hrs so obviously my original advisor didn’t update me. Now we are at 4 hrs wait time,, we were called 20 mins ago and told our final paper was being printed and sent to cashier still not called yet to pick up vehicle. So we’ve waited 4 hrs total to basically have a window sticker cleaned. Didn’t see a point in making an appointment and we were told our bumper has to be taken to a body shop at our expense even thought I honestly do not recall ever hitting anything and the only places I’ve taken my vehicle to are Whittier and Longo. Regretting ever coming here and sadly regretting purchasing the extra additional warranty that was promised to fix anything wrong with the vehicle.
