I have gone 4 different times and each time it has been useless. You make me wait over 8 hours and never have fixed the same problem I go for. You have no problem bending over backwards when selling cars but when it comes to the help that comes afterwards you don’t care and are completely useless. This time I even spoke with the Manager to help me and yet another time it was a waste of time. You act like we don’t have anything better to do but waste our time in the worst Toyota I have ever stepped in. Your customer service is crap and I hope no one wastes there time here with people that don’t care for their customers.

The service was great, but the shuttle experience was terrible. I’m a senior and not good with a phone, well they tried to get me out faster so they used Uber. Uber started calling me, i was never advise that they were going to Uber for me , I didn’t recognize the number so I never answered, so I sat there and missed 3 or 4 Uber’s. So I went off on your employee because I waited so long, long story short please explain to seniors before you do it!
