Was advised to change brakes at previous service, however, found out that the technician had made a mistake and my brakes are still in good condition. I was quoted by my representative that they actually had about “20,000 miles left on them” instead of 5000. Almost spent $250 for nothing and wasted several hours waiting for this to be done instead of just having my engine light be turned off so I could be on my way. I think it is very irresponsible to make that kind of mistake that could have cost me hundreds of dollars and have me think that my brakes are in bad condition.
While waiting for a ride home, had to wait an extra 1.5 hours due to the ubers being sent to my home instead of the dealership. 3 different ubers all were sent there for some reason. I had to tell the shuttle service employees several times that the ubers were not showing up as promised until I received a call from 1 out of the 3 telling me that they were at my house.
Extremely frustrated with my experience at Longo Toyota and will not be going back.

The problem wasn't dealt with properly. I asked for my car to be test driven. Instead it was First put on the rack. Diagnosed and I was called. Later I'm told that the car was test driven and the noise is still there. And asked to authorize another repair. Should have said this was the problem in the first place instead of fixing one thing and then coming back for more money. Bad customer service. My social media review will not be good!
