I had an appt at 1pm. At 6pm I had to call to check on the status of my car, which was to have been ready between 5-5:30. At 6:45 I finally got a call back that it was ready. Once I got to Longo I waited in line for over 1/2 hours, while 1 person tried to check out over 20 people. Don’t make excuses of COVID, poor air quality, and weather. DON’T schedule so many appointments if you can’t keep up with them. It should not have taken 6 hours to get my car back and I definitely should not have had to call and keep trying to get help! I am very disgusted and dissatisfied with the wait time. And I had to wait 45 minutes for the Lyft driver when I found out my car was going to be 4 hours.

It’s taken too long to do the service which is just changed motor oil and rotation the tires from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
