Not satisfied at all! I expected my tire to be returned to me without parts missing, and I shock to find out that you took the piece that keeps the air in the tire. I had to go to autozone to replace that part so he can fix my tire. Very displeased to see this shady practice at a well know dealership.

It took 5 hours for my car to get a tire rotation and oil change. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I was warned about how long it would take. I would have gone home. But instead I sat on campus for 5 hours. It was really frustrating
