Noli was very helpful. Our car broke down far from our home. It was a very nervewrecking and frustrating experience. I called and Nolin was very helpful and concerned. He gave me guidance and provided all my options. He kept in contact with me and communicated to his manager what was happening. Has great communication and customer service skills. We had to tow and drive back from Hesperia to El.monte. He knew we were going to cut it close to closing time and so he pre arranged for our courtesy rental vehicle. It made all the difference to just show up and just pick up the rental after a long afternoon/evening. He's on top.of everything. Even though it was a bad experience with our vehicle he brought ease to our situation. More than a pat on the back he should receive a raise. You can feel how much he cares for customers.

Hi, I had a scheduled maintenance appointment and had to wait 4hrs in the lobby because shuttle service was not available anymore...had my appointment at 3pm. If Longo is experiencing short staff during covid, then Longo should let their clienta know before hand and not have to wait hours just to rotate tires and do an inspection. Very disappointed in their customer service.
