I had no appointment for an oil change. I go for convenience, but after my wait time I’d rather make it a point to change my own oil and never visit Longo Toyota again. Appointment or not, no one should have to wait 6 hours for an oil change. I understand covid changes work flow, and in fact it seemed like a busy day. After two hours waiting I left, my service rep did give an ETA of 1200. I stayed because my previous oil visits were done within two hours. I tried contacting my rep multiple times with no answer. Vehicle was finally completed at 1:03. I had to go in person to find out what the delay was. If I receive a phone call from customer service I will gladly verbalize my concerns in detail. I will not visit longo Toyota after today ever again for service.

Albert is so very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all the things wrong with my car and explained what needed to be done. When I told him that I could not afford everything, he told me which items were the most important to fix right now and why. He never rushed me to make the decision and never made me feel stupid. He encouraged me to bring the car in as soon as possible even though he would be off the next day and therefore would not receive any “credit” for the service he was advising. When I hesitated he told me that while he appreciated my loyalty, the most important thing was the health and performance of my car. He also praised his co-worker/partner, giving him glowing reviews, trying to instill confidence in his judgement, abilities, knowledge and professionalism. Albert is quite a rare gem, an asset To the Longo company and I feel completely comfortable taking my car to him because I trust his knowledge and opinions explicitly.
