I went on Saturday arrived at about 7:20am and immediately proceeded to the non appointment line. There was maybe 8 cars in front of me. I understand it’s a Saturday it’s busy I already knew my vehicle was going to be there all day. Not one person ever came up to me or any other car in the non appointment line to say we’ll be right with you. We’re sorry for the wait nothing. It wasn’t until about 8:05 when I had to contact my family member Jose Uribe to ask why this was taking so long. He informed me that there was a form I can fill out and leave me vehicle. A service advisor would contact me once they got to my car. At this point still couldn’t get an advisor to stop and help me then I saw someone passing out the forms. Again I I understand it’s Saturday and it’s busy as I had already planned for the vehicle to be there. This is not the first Saturday I go without an appointment and I have never waited this long and I have always been greeted. Updates should be given while in line or options. Let us know how long the wait is to see an adviser and give us an option.

Danny had amazing customer service at my visit today. I have been to Longo Toyota many times before and will say this has been the best, most seamless visit thus far. When I arrived the walk-in line was extremely far back. Luckily I had made an appointment ahead of time. As soon as I pulled in, Danny greeted me with a warm welcome and even though you could clearly see everyone hustling and it was extremely busy on a Saturday, Danny’s customer-focus made it feel like we were the only ones there. He was fast, efficient, concise all without making the interaction feel rushed. He even gave me recommendations for my next visit, which I will add on to my next visit. He was able to build rapport extremely quick without being disingenuous. This was probably the busiest I have ever seen at Longo Toyota, but this was the absolute best experience I have ever had here. This guy is definitely an asset to the company! Way to go, I am extremely critical on customer service as it is. A+ for this guy! Definitely will be customer for life! - Chris H.

Since I just purchased my Toyota Mirai recently this was my first time dealing with the service department. I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised and happy I was with the total service department from Joseph who was excellent, very nice, and very attentive. To the manager who initially helped me and told me somebody would be right with me. Just seeing all the stations and service people ready to help us was amazing. My friend who owns a Mercedes picked me up and said Toyota’s service dept was WAY BETTER than the Mercedes service Dept he goes to. ????????????
