The appointment person told me when I made the reservation that it would be a two to two and a half hour wait. When I brought my car in I was told that it would be a 4 to 4 and one half hour wait. I was in my car after a 4 hour and 15 minute wait.

I was informed my car would be ready at 6pm. I came over to wait since 3pm, and I got a call at 4:30pm the car still would be ready at 6pm but it did not happen. I waited until 6pm to follow up and I was told the car was not done yet until tomorrow. This should be communicated early, so I wouldn’t waste my time to come back and wait for the car to get it done.
