Biagio was great at helping me with my vehicle. I went in for the service for my car , this is my second lease from Longo and this was some of the best customer service I have received. He genuinely cared about all my concerns when it came to my vehicle. (I had 2 recalls, service and there was a ticking noise in my engine) he was able to offer me a rental since my car was going to be there all day and I was worried about how I would get to work. I got my car the next day and it’s running great. I am very satisfied with how my visit went, thank you!
