I made an appointment at 8 am, I didn’t get any help till 8:30, the cars without an appointment on the side from me, they were going pretty fast. Next time it will be better not to do an appointment to get my car in faster. I mentioned the service manager that the plastic hook from the driver back seat, was loose when we got the car and it broke, he didn’t seem to care. Alexander told me that the Sienna had a fuel pump recall, I wish you guys should of inform me with time about this situation, since That could put my family in danger. Alexander was good, trying to be helpful.

I understand that there was going to be wait times due to covid, however it took around 45 minutes to get checked in. I arrived at 7:20, and did not get checked in till 8:05. My appointment was at 7:30. The quoted me car to be ready before 11:00 it was ready at around 11:20. Overall the process took 4 hours.
