Very dissatisfied because of below:
1. Was not able to provide list of services for every number of miles needed in my Prius, Alex he doesn’t have that and should check my manual
2. Alex only called me and left a message that my car was done but no text nor a follow up was made to ensure I got the message that my car was done. I usually get a text (it’s even on your work order) but I didn’t get. Alex should have contacted me twice and ensure he talks to me or his customer. This is not customer service!
3. In addition to this, my car was not even washed! I picked up the car at 4:30pm (cuz I didn’t get a text or a second call) and I complained to a manager that I didn’t get a call from my service technician. It really **** that all cars being delivered completed were nicely washed and Alex even promised he would make sure my car will be washed.
4. Lack of customer service - I go back to Longo cuz I get great customer service but not this time, especially.....
5 I spent $514 today in services and all this happened. I’m not happy with Longo!

I'm satisfied with my car getting serviced. However, the customer service could improve. I was not provided a business card with the advisor's contact #, which made it inconvenient for me later on when I needed an update on my car. I called the general phone number and was given the wrong extension, which was a null number.

Was immediately stressed about my car and was told about the $150 fee to check my car for the burning smell. They found paint and plastic stuck to my exhaust. Albert made sure my needs were satisfied. My car was clean and he got the fee waived off. Really made my month during with this pandemic. Thanks again and I also got a engine pressure wash on top. Love the service and will continue to recommend Longo Toyota. Thanks again Albert and the Toyota family have a blessed year.

I came in at 7 a.m. for a tire puncture repair of 1 tire, the car got out at 12 noon. 5 hours for a tire puncture, it could have been just fine hut i have to go to work at 1 p.m., it made me anxious. Though thanks.
