Alex Ayala is a great service advisor and is the primary reason I return to Longo Toyota even though I live a lot closer to Claremont Toyota. Alex treats me like a friend and is trustworthy. If it were not for Alex’s great service I would go else where.

Even though Roy apologized, there was a miscommunication regarding when the Enterprise car rental would be ready. Since my car needed a lot more work, Roy offered a car rental and he would make the arrangements, then he said he would "call me". Yes, there was a lot of background noise and after all, we were wearing masks. Concerned since he said he would "call", it was busy there, I waited 45 minutes without a call. So concerned, I ended up calling him. Then he said I could have picked the rental right away. Now that, I understood! Once it was cleared up, I got to Enterprise, but still had to wait for the 3 people ahead of me. I appreciated being able to get a rental. I was able to do a few things today rather than wait the whole time. I don't blame Roy. It just was not clear to me his initial instructions. Being a loyal customer especially of the numerous times I have been there, it is not my intentions to sound harsh. I am being honest being asked, was I completely satisfied. Sincerely, Nancy

purchased a cerified vehicle leas than 30 days. Took vehicle in for service because their is dog hair, water stains, and yellow dried up vomit in car. Car had bad stains. Was told by the rep that the detail department was going to clean it up using high steam water vacuum and etc. To remove it. Left it one day, to come back today... to notice the work was only half way done. Still lots of yellow dried up residue on seats. When I asked the rep, "why am I receiving the car in this manner".. she stated that she didn't know and the her managers must have signed off. Whoever it was, how can the detail department assume the interior is clean-- when there is literally VISIUALLY yellow stains on it. How can they let something go??? It's super obvious.?! How can that be signed off? I have before and after pictures.. uh no- stains are still there. It is a major inconvenience to drive all the way over there, time spent, to get it not taken care off. Representative Kayla was kind and understanding. But the communication is not great among dpeartments and higher managers.

While they were fixing the airbag to my toyota they also took the time to try and fix my loose glove compartment handle but ended up breaking it completely and now my glove compartment is hanging out and does not close at all

It is absolutely ridiculous that I had an appointment at 7am and did not get out of there until after 10:00am. I cancelled the other diagnostics I wanted done because of the ludicrous explanation I was given in how long it takes to **** down an engine. I'm not stupid and don't appreciate the inference that I don't know because I'm a woman.
