I was mostly satisfied with my first experience at Longo Toyota. My only real issue was with setting an appointment in the first place. I would much prefer doing it online than through the phone but the website keeps blocking me from logging in by telling me that my browser is not accepting cookies. Even after unrestricting cookies from the site and using two different browsers (Chrome and Edge), it says I still had cookies disabled even though I don't have that issue with any other site. It also took multiple attempts to actually set an appointment before the site told me it was successful. Then, after I set an appointment for both maintenance and a full detail, I was called and notified that both couldn't be done in the same day. I completely understand that but it would have been nice if the site somehow caught that before the appointment was finalized

When I was directed to her booth, I found it empty. I had to ask 2 people to call/page her and wait for 15 minutes before she returned. In addition, she was very unwilling to help me with my issues. I have a 10 year bumper-to-bumper warrantee from Toyota, but she immediately suggested that I take my car to Honda once she saw that it was a second hand Honda car without listening or looking into my situation.

My appointment was at 7:45am. Checked in on time and I was told that the car would be ready by 11am. Picked up by an uber and got back there around 10:30am. Got a text that it’ll get delayed and i ended up waiting til 12:30. ???????????
