Teddy was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I live near Marina del Rey Toyota but choose to have my vehicle serviced @ Longo because of the quality and customer service provided by Longo.
I was supposed to be at Longo for approximately 3-4 hours and Teddy recommended I take the shuttle to the local mall to kill time. He also honored my expired (by 2 months) service plan which was GREATLY appreciated.

Mandi was thoughtful, thorough, responsive.
I will say the Enterprise drop off not that easy. Twice I’ve used my Mirai days and the system of where to park the car etc is difficult. Either they need to be clearer when you pick up the rental or have better signs.
Again, Mandi was outstanding.
