Everybody is doing their best fir social distancing and respecting others peoples distance both inside the lobby and outside where temperatures where reaching in the upper 90’’s. And when I asked for drinking from the concierge. They called the customer service manager and he said that is was Longos policy not to have water but that I should request from either subway or Starbucks. I can’t believe that I spent hundreds of dollars in buying cars, maintenance and body work and that Longo Toyota being number one n the country cannot provide drinking water for their customers that are either waiting inside or outside lobby. The excuse was COVID, but you sure can take either cash or credit card to make the payment.... seriously... I still have not posted in social media reviews because I hope this will get addressed quickly cause I do teams to put a bad review.

My appointment was at 1:30 PM and I waited over 25 minutes in my car before an attendant came to provide me service.There was no attendant helping out any customers. There was a point when I was the only one waiting in line.

Pulled in for my 7am appointment at 640. I was 4th to be processed/checked in. Teddy quoted the delivery time to be 930am. Service was complete and I was on my way by 820am. The service turn around time on this visit was significantly better than my previous visits. My only concern is that when I picked up my vehicle I was told that on my next service (20k miles) I should pay for the throttle body cleaning. That doesn’t make any sense for a vehicle with 20k miles to get a throttle body cleaning, it isn’t listed on any of the maintenance intervals provided when I purchased the vehicle in February. And in my experience that shouldn’t be a recommended service until at 70k+ miles.
