Eric was very helpful. I took my car to get serviced and Eric explained everything that they were going to do to the car. I mentioned to him that my tire pressure lights came on and he said not to worry about it that he will have them look at it. He also asked me was there a specific tire that I thought could have been punctured so they can get a good look at it. When my car was ready I believe he called me to let me know that the car was ready and everything was good with the car and there was no punctured tire and that they were low so they filled them up! There was however a problem with the system when I went to check out to get my car. They didn’t have the papers to release the car yet and the car wasn’t there as well. So I had to wait a little longer. After they finally got the paperwork I had to sign twice on 1 page of 3 (Not a problem) twice (problem) because the system from the tablet glitched. I’m not complaining about it I’m just want you guys to know that that happened so the tech team can look into it because there are people out there that don’t have patience. My overall rate was still 10/10 and this is why my mom got her FJ here my dad got his Tundra here my dad got a Tacoma (not here I know!) but it’s still a Toyota lol!! My Wife bought her Corolla here and now I bought my car Here!!!! I have a sister but her boyfriend got a Honda. I know what you thinking gross!! But don’t worry I’ll have them turn to the Toyota Side!! I Love Longo!!! Also if you want to throw in a Supra at a 100% discounted price I would not hesitate to take the offer!! Just kidding hope you enjoyed this!!! Have a Good Day!

Left the car at 1 got a text a little after 5 it was done still took over an hour to get car. Was given info on car detail for 99$ car had ash on it said go ahead detail was not done missing part on car not given any info or appt to fix it even though I had asked. Less than 1star service and I don't know what was going on with this Jeff guy.
