Kayla was great. I just had an issue with the fact that I got an automated text message saying I could skip the checkout line and do “express checkout” by paying online. I did the express checkout and paid online, only to be told by general staff upon arrival there that I still had to wait in the checkout line because this was a relatively new change and they didn’t know how to handle it. Not efficient at all and was disappointed by this. Makes no sense. Please fix and educate all staff. Thanks.

I dropped the car off at 12:22pm for my 10,000 routine check up service and it was not ready until 4:22pm. The man at the service register apologized to me for the fact that this routine service took so long and told me that because of Covid you were understaffed. I told him 1. You should schedule less cars. 2. I had my 5,000 service last month in Beaverton, Oregon and I was out in less than an hour and they are experiencing the pandemic there also. I enjoyed buying my car at Longo but getting it serviced there was an unnecessary day killer. You need to schedule less cars if you can’t handle the load. Over four hours for this routine service is not a good Toyota experience. Everyone waiting for their cars to be serviced looked angry. Either you need an entirely new service department or you are wrongly trying to do too many cars at once. My good feelings about Longo Toyota after buying my car have disappeared after I experienced your service department. I will remove the Longo plate frames from my car now. Thanks!

After the maintenance is done, the setting of velocity and driving mileage are disappear on the screen , so that I don’t know how fast I drive. The next day, I need to bring the car back to the dealer for someone to set up. That is really waist my times to go back and forth.
