Every thing was good until it came time to pay my bill. The girl at the counter seemed like she had other things to do and I was an inconvenience to her. When I was done paying she said to see the concierge but did not tell me where to go, so I went outside to find him and it turned out he was 4 feet away from her. All she had to do was point.

THEY SHOWN CONCERNS THEY DO NOT LIKE TO SPEAK TO 2ND PARTY NOR 3RD PARTIES REGARDING THEIR ENGINE REPAIRS! INDONT LIKE SPEAKING TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO DID NOT WORK ON MY CAR!!! THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON WHY I HAD STOP GOING TO LONGO TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS!! I LIKE TO ASK MECHANICS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF MY CAR AND THE REPAIRS!!! EXAMPLE WHEN YOU GO TO ER DOCTOR YPU LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR AND ASK MANY QUESTIONS!!! YOU DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO A NURSE EHO DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS!!! SAME THING WHEN GETTING YOUR CAR ENGINE SERVICED!!! PLEASE DO CHANGES ALLOW ALL OF US CUSTOMERS TO SPRAK DIRECTLY TO THE MECHANIC NOT SPEAK TO FRONT DEAK CLERK
