However for a customer who booked an appointment waiting 3.5 hrs for a simple oil change is unacceptable. Not to mention, my car was ready in a mass with of at least 15orMore other cars having again to wait in line while cashiers did their best to keep customers moving. We were like a heard of cattle. Shame on you Toyota management for being greedy taking on more cars than you can handle. I would have expected this wait had I been a walk- in , next time I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I was on time at my appointment and they didn’t check me in until 9:45. Then the tried to get me to replace the cables to the batteries for 126.00 each! WHAT?!?! lol
