Hello my experience is normally great a Longo Toyota, but my recent visit was not so good, I ask for the Advertised Toyota Service care prepaid package for $249.00 five services ,Mr Eric Refuse to sell me the package couldn’t give me a straight answer why ,said my truck didn’t have enough mileage or my truck was not old enough ,but my Toyota care package has expired from when I purchased it so we asked for a manager who then try to explain to me that Toyota hasn’t set up the computer to sell the package with cars that don’t have under 32,000 miles which I didn’t find believable eventually they gave me the package for that price but it just makes me think next time I go to buy a 4Runner if I wanna go to Longo
