This time a random check engine came on with a error code regarding the secondary brake collision system. Called up Eric right away. He issued me a date which was a few days out and I could t wait long since I needed the car right away for a road trip my family and I were going to take. He got me in the same day as asked and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Eric is one of my favorite person to see when I go to Longo. He’s always so helpful with any questions and concerns and he wouldn’t just give me some half **** answer. He will find the answer always. Thank you ERIC ??

Too many appointments taken in the am time slot that stretch out each vehicles total time of stay at Longo. Classic case of a system gotten too large it can’t handle a simple inspection that would take 20 minutes stretching it to over 4 hrs plus.
