I would've like to be instructed where to go if I was going to wait for my car. It was my first time at Longo. I was surprised they had a AAA service on site. The Subway and Starbucks closed at 3 pm which is early if service ends at 6pm. I wasn't aware when I made my appt that my car would take 4 hrs otherwise I would've arranged a ride home and come back later. Then I find out there's shuttle service on site!
