Service advisor Johan was great. 5 star to him. However the driver seat and back seat had grease stain on the leather. It appears the technician that worked on it might have gotten the grease on it while working on the vehicle. I had to purchase leather cleaner to clean it.

This was my 3rd service on 2020 car. On all occasions I’ve mentioned my concerns and to my surprise none of those concerns are on my worksheet. I request that concerns and issues should be copied in my worksheet and clarified if they’ve checked and rectified. For example I mentioned that at around 1pm one day the engine would not start saying NOT READY IGNITION NOT ON however this was not on my worksheet. Also the speed drops at times on the freeway again not mentioned on worksheet.
