Hello Longo Team,
This has nothing to do with Eric but with your technicians or Mechanic’s..
First, two of the valves caps, cap pressures from the tires was missing.
Second, the wire or cable the one your mechanic connects to his system to run the diagnostics for my Tacoma was hanging, loose, your mechanic didn’t take the time to secure it or to even trying to hide it, my left foot pulled out..
Third, the air pressure on the tires is off. Two of the tires are low and the other two over.
FYI this is not the first time something like this has happened and this is the reason why I’m typing this note/review.
Aside from this Eric provided good customer service
