Longo Toyota Auto Repair Service

Hes good but the rest of the services team wernot wanting to help their customer out. The first day i came which was on Friday April 2nd (it was my first time too) and i asked one of the services team guy how can i do rental bevause my mirai was fuel shortage. That guy told me to take photo my vehicle’s vin numbers, mileage, and license plate (he didnt tell me that i had to drive my car to him, he just told me to walk back to my car and take those picure) when i came back with the pictures, and i asked someone else (there were 3 people were gossiping at his desk included him) and that guy was so atitude because i asked him to help me out (but at least he told me to drive my car up and there would be someone help me out). And the next day which was on Sat April 3rd, i came back to drop off a rav4 which i was renting from a day before. I came to services guys (i didnt know that i had to find Mr. jauregui to help me out) and i handed the paper work they gave me from Friday to that guy, he took my paper and told me to wait outside (he didnt tell me to go to see the service’s cashier and hand that paper work to em) i ended up waiting for an hour for no reason. I was lated at work on Friday because of that nonsense problem. And i had to wait another hour on Sat just because one of Longo’s employee did not do his job. Ps: Everytime i came to services team to find help, i always saw em standing there in a group of at least 2 people and gossiping. Overall: Agustin Jaurequi is a good and cool man. Hes polite and nice to me. 10/10
