The service manager Daniel Lopez helped me out and asked what I needed for the my car I said the alignment. He did not ask to specify the symptoms just took it in and had me sign and that’s it. I come back to pick up my car it is scratched from the side where they put my car on the machine and then I drive my car to see if they fixed the alignment, they did not TOUCH MY CAR NOR DO THE ALIGNMENT. I was upset because the car was there for 4 hrs. I was expecting high quality and good service and they messed up my brand new car!!!! I cannot believe this dealership. My parents swear by this dealership by being the best dealership. I am shocked!!!
